Regarding delivery

Products will be delivered from Sagawa Express.
postage differs the place where you want to send.

(Okinawa prefecture will be delivered by Yu-Pack. Remote islands will be charged the actual cost.)
However, if the product price is 35,000 yen or more excluding tax, it will be free shipping.

About returns

Be sure to call us within 7 days after the item arrives.Or please contact (info@lasoieplum.jp).
(Due to the nature of the product, it is limited to unworn and unused products)
After that, we will not be able to accept returns or exchange requests.

Please bear the shipping fee for returned goods at your convenience.
